Our Seminars and Workshop Series is where hands-on training meets real coaching, giving you the tools to move better, train harder, and grow stronger, no matter your level. Each session is designed to break down the “why” behind the way we train. You’ll go deeper into form, function, and mindset, then bring it to life through coach-led drills and movement.
Make this summer exciting with our MMA CAMP! Ages 6-12 years old. You’ll learn striking, kicking, take downs, and submissions and how to put them together in this fun, skill building camp! Camp is 4 days long, Monday - Thursday 9am to 12:30 pm. Kid’s will get time in the gym and outside on the trails in a safe and fun environment and learn directly from experienced coaches.

At Rise Boxing, our Women’s Strength Series is more than just a workout, it’s a training experience built to empower women to understand what’s happening to their bodies through adulthood, peri-menopoause, and menopause. We will help you move with confidence, lift with purpose, build strength, and rise together.
This is a coach-led, group training program focused on helping women train smart, push limits, and feel confident doing it. You don’t need a background in strength training. You just need to show up. We’ll guide you the rest of the way.
