Body+Box

MON + WED + FRI + SAT

Bagwork, paddle/mitt work, and BODYWEIGHT conditioning.

2/3 boxing and 1/3 conditioning. Perfect for all levels, we cover realistic combos, quality punch technique, and have intense full body conditioning using bodyweight exercises.

Box+Build

TUES + THURS

Bagwork and STRENGTH TRAINING.

6-10 rounds of boxing plus 20 minutes of full body strength training with free weights. We work explosive moves and overall strength training for athletes to build the muscular strength, endurance, and explosiveness for both boxing and full-body fitness. No experience necessary.

Competitive Boxing

MON + TUES + WED + THURS 6:45-8 pm

Sparring and drilling.

We are a USA Boxing affiliated gym with an amateur fight team. Looking to fight or just interested in learning how to box competitively? Then this is the class is for you!

*Mouthguard required.

*Must have taken one Body+Box class or talked to a coach.

*Anyone sparring will be required to be a member of USA Boxing (annual membership is $75) This provides additional insurance and allows you to compete if interested. Click Here to start your USA Boxing Membership.

Body + Box and Box + Build are great classes for beginners.

While these are “no contact” or “fitness” classes, we teach very technical boxing. All of our coaches have stepped in the ring and are all accomplished fighters. We got there through hard work, years of discipline, and a relentless focus on our craft. We are passionate about what we do and take pride in doing it well. These two classes are all the fun and intensity of a fitness boxing class but with high level boxing coaching that gives you the best workout and a great foundation to advance your boxing.

RISE Kids

Mon + Wed 4-5 pm

Learn the fundamentals of footwork, punch technique, offense and defense. Kids wanting to compete or advanced athletes can also train 2 nights with the competitive team. We build a foundation of athletic development, discipline and confidence. Ages 6-12

We are proud recipients of the Youth United Grant in partnership with the Park City Community Foundation. Through this program we are able to offer scholarships to support all children in having access to sports and recreation. Parkinson’s Boxing

Mon + Wed + Fri 11-12 pm

This class is designed for people with PD to utilize the techniques, combinations, movements, and exercises from boxing. Studies show clear benefits from following a boxing exercise regimen for people with PD. We strive to build strength, agility, and to improve coordination along with utilizing movements and techniques to address tremors, balance, extension, and movement issues associated with PD.

Class is a mix of boxing, strength, balance, and mobility work. It is scalable and modifications and options are provided to meet you where you are.
